Kristin G

All throughout growing up Kristin thought she wanted to become a veterinarian. After volunteering at many hospitals during High School she learned about the role of a Veterinary Technician and realized her true calling was in animal nursing!

After graduating from the Animal Health Technology program in 1999, from the University College of the Caribou (now called Thompson Rivers), Kristin moved back to Victoria to start her career.

She secured a job in August 2000 at Glenview Animal Hospital and has enjoyed a wonderful 20yr career as a Veterinary Technician, as well as helping Dr. Collis open Eagle Rise Animal Hospital back in 2009.

Along the way Kristin married, is raising two wonderful children and of course has had many pets of her own! Her outside of work passions include reading, movies, soccer, piano and camping/travelling with family and friends.
