Laura obtained her undergraduate degree in Biology at UVIC in 2012 and then went on to graduate from the UCD School of Veterinary medicine in Dublin, Ireland in 2016. Since then, she has been practicing mostly at Glenview Animal Hospital and enjoys providing care for a large variety of pets.
An islander at heart, Laura grew up in Parksville and enjoyed a career as a professional ballet dancer before delving into the veterinary world. You may see her still in ballet classes from time to time, but mostly enjoys exploring the island with her partner, Trevor, young son, Arthur, and dog - Colonel Bernie Sanders.
